Magnesium Cream for Pain
« on: August 06, 2019, 08:36:53 AM »
My knees have begun to hurt as I've gotten older. I don't want to take over-the-counter pain medication everyday, so a friend of mine recommended magnesium cream. I purchased some and tried it out. I was skeptical, but it actually helps a lot. I just rub a little on my knees, and there isn't as much pain.

I just thought I'd share in case this might help someone else.

Thanks for the info, Katy! I never heard of it until now. It looks like it takes care of a good variety of pain issues, so you don't have to buy too many different creams.

Some Magnesium products have been said to reduce muscle pain, improve flexibility and promote relaxation. All the same, topical magnesium products can cause skin irritation/itching and so it is important to consult a doctor, in such instances.
