Title: My Brother Inlaw Passed Away
Post by: GrownChildMother on June 24, 2017, 04:14:56 PM
On June 14th, my brother in-law became gravely ill. He began having strokes over and over again that caused his brain to become covered in blood clots. He was put on life support for a week, but sadly was unable to pull through. He was such a wonderful person and my family will miss him terribly. He had been married to my sister who passed away in 2013 for 29 years and was always so very good to her. She lost her sight in 1994 due to diabetes and he took care of her and loved her even more than ever. Please keep my family in your thoughts and prayers as we lay this precious soul to rest tomorrow.

Thank you all so much. We had the services for him on Sunday. It was very sad and from the way my family talked he had not been happy at all since my sister passed in 2013. I live some distance away from them, so I had only seen my brother in-law a few times in the past 4 years. They said he always talked about going home to Heaven to be with her. At least maybe he is at peace now.

My deepest condolences to you and yours GrownChildMother in this time of grief for such a cherished and noble soul as your brother-in-law, may he rest in peace. There just aren't enough dear hearts like this man, and they are gone too soon. Keep in mind that he will be rewarded and remember that, ".... Those who grieve will be comforted...." God Bless.

So sorry for your loss GrownChildMother. I am certain that he is in a better place and it is so touching to hear that he took care of your sister in the way he did. I pray that you may find comfort and refuge and that this burden will be lifted from your hearts.  :big hug smiley sign:
