Title: How much do you miss carbs?

I've tried low-carb diets in the past and they've been unsuccessful. I'm getting more unhappy with the numbers I see on the scale with each passing day, so I'm thinking of giving it another go. For those of you who have been on low-carb diets for a while, do you still find yourself craving carbs regularly or have you gotten used to it?

I don't think I can live with a low-carb diet. The lowest I can go is removing a few spoons of rice from my plate, but that's all. Since I've decided to embrace that side of myself, it means I have to compensate by eating more healthy things or exercise more often. If low-carb diets were not successful in the past, why don't you try something else?
