Getting Kids to Eat Vegetables

I watch my granddaughter a few days a week for my daughter and her husband. I try to get her to eat a vegetable with her lunch while she's here, but like most kids her age she doesn't really like vegetables too much. It's been so long since I've had to try to convince children to eat their vegetables.


Do you all have any tricks for getting kids to eat vegetables? Or ideas for making vegetables more fun?
