Aches and Pains

I've been having more aches and pains lately, especially in my knees and my back. I don't like taking pain relievers unless I really have to, but it's been pretty bad lately. I've been using pain-relieving creams, which help a little.


What do you all do to relieve the aches and pains of getting older?

Oh Katy I know what you mean.  It's ole Arthor visiting us I'm afraid.   I agree the pain relief rubs do help some and I think warmth helps.

MaryB, maybe I'll try a heating pad. When I was young, I remember my mom used to sleep with a hot water bottle sometimes. Those were the days, weren't they?

Oh my, we all love to age gracefully until the pain and aches start. The pain relieving creams help but either way, there’s nothing as annoying as pain that persists.
