Learning a new language
« on: April 10, 2019, 04:54:25 AM »
Have you wanted to learn a new language? I was going through a list of the hardest languages that includes Japanese, Korean, Finnish and Mandarin Chinese. Learning a foreign language would really come in handy when travelling abroad. Is there anyone else willing to take up this challenge?

I know a little French courtesy of some online classes that I halted midway and I agree that learning a new language can really be exciting. Japanese has been said to be a difficult language and so are many others but I believe that a little determination can make a huge difference. Which language are you looking to learn?

I would love to learn a new language. I installed the Duolingo app on my phone to learn French but I wasn't very diligent with it. The app sent me notifications every day to remind me, but I just swiped them away.

I think I am going to take up this challenge and better my written and spoken French. We may think we have all the time but without a proper schedule, it can be hard to start something to completion. Devoting at least an hour each day (for a foreign language class) can be sufficient.
