Heavy Meals or Frequent Light Meals

I heard different opinions regarding correct dieting in terms of eating. Some say that we should eat 3 times a day with heavy meals during meal times. Others say that we can have frequent light meals throughout the day. Which one do you think actually works?

Honestly, I think dieting is hard and it's not one size fits all.  I've wondered what other people prefer to because the "experts" seem all over the place as to what works.  I don't eat breakfast, but I prefer a normal lunch and dinner over tiny portions several times a day.


A low-carb diet is hard to start and get used to for some people, but you'll get to eat a good amount of food.

You cracked me up when you said that "experts" seem all over the place. You are correct about that because there are many people who are "self-proclaimed experts" in regards to health.


I guess what works with each of us is the one that we should follow.
