Fruit and Vegetable Juicing
« on: August 27, 2018, 02:08:17 AM »
I've started to have a vegetable and fruit juice for my dinner. I don't eat any solid foods and only drink a fruit juice, a vegetable juice, or a mix of both. I love the combination of apple, carrot, and beetroot. Have you tried one of these lately?

To your opposite, I usually start my day with juices or honey. I hear comments about the high amount of sugar in pure fruit juices, so these days I combine fruits and vegetables for my breakfast. Tomato and orange are a fine combination. Sometimes I add carrot too or mix it with apple.

I've yet to try beetroot. What other combination would you suggest for that one?
