Always the last person at the 'train station'

Well, my friends back in college used to laugh at how I used to be the last person to watch the latest movie or read a book that had just been launched. Up to date, I still lag behind as I prefer to do things at my own pace. Did you ever feel the pressure to catch up with everyone else?

There are times when I feel like I need to read a certain book or watch a certain movie/film because all of my friends are talking about it. It doesn't happen very often though. The most recent example is Game of Thrones. Everyone I knew was raving about it! I just couldn't understand the attraction but felt like I had to watch it.
