A digital book club
« on: July 18, 2018, 12:22:18 PM »
I have always loved to write and read in equal measure but parenting sort of slowed me down. I have been trying to read at least a book each month. Just recently, I stumbled upon a book club, that exists purely online. There are various forums where people read and discuss various books. I am glad because this is exactly what I have been looking for.

Do they use a chat program?  I'm not sure I'd want to type that much out (I'm pecking at the keyboard with two fingers now), but the group would be great for those who are homebound, busy parents who can't  leave their children, and many others.  What are you reading at the moment?

From a very early age, I had trouble belonging to a club since my preference has always been that I read and complete a book at my own pace. A digital book club would make sense if anyone was always able to log in at any point and follow a particular discussion.
