An exercise plan

It is recommended that when establishing an exercise routine, about two and a half hours of moderate endurance activity should be incorporated into the week. It could be walking, cycling and/or swimming but the end result is improved strength and flexibility. Is this achievable?

Sure it is Ava.  You just have to make plans to get it in.  When I was working I had to set my schedule just like exercise was an appointment.  Stick to it and you will see results.   :13:

Yes, I definitely think it's achievable. I think the hardest part about exercising is not the exercise itself, but having the mindset to make it a priority as opposed to an afterthought.
Two hours and a half every week is really a very small amount of time in the grand scheme of things; even an hour a day is not too much to ask if one is serious about taking care of one's health. Unfortunately health is often something we take for granted. I know that I sure do.

I think it's a great idea what BettyBoop said, scheduling exercise like it is an appointment, because to be realistic, it should be one of the most important parts of the day. I think putting ourselves in the mindset to exercise on a regular basis can be difficult, but once we commit to being active every day then daily and weekly exercise goals will be less challenging.
