Attending Class Reunions/Keeping Up

Do you attend your high school or college class reunions?  I haven't done so in the past because of the distance, but we're about to hit a big one and I'm trying to talk my husband into going.  I think it would be fun to see some of our old teachers and buddies.  I'd also like to show off our weight loss since we've been on a low-carb diet.  Have you kept up with old classmates through social media or other means?

I am so glad you have all those good feelings about your class mates Katie Ann.  My high school experience was not that pleasant so I haven't attended any of the reunions and don't plan to.  I hope you get to go and have a wonderful time.

We have been organizing a reunion for the longest time ever! Somehow, it is not easy to get all our classmates, together, at the same time. The last reunion still had a few people sending their apologies but either way, it would be awesome to meet all friends from the years gone by.

Some of my closest friends are people I went to school with, but I don't go to my reunions. Many, many moons ago, I went to my five year reunion, but it was kind of silly because everyone was still in touch at that point. Since then, I keep in touch with those I really care about and say hi once in a while on social media to distant memories.

Reunions are a great way to catch up and make up for the lost time but I realize that it is not easy to get all people at the same time. We have had several get-togethers and even though not everyone was able to attend, we still had fun. There is nothing as good as reminiscing the past together.
