Diet variations

While roaming through the posts on here, I notice that there are at least a handful who are doing the ketogenic diet. How many of you all are doing that? How many are just cutting down on their carbs? Is anyone doing some other kind of variation of the low carb diet?

My husband and I are following the Atkins diet.  I've read about all the low-carb diets out there and tried to compare them.  Maybe it's just me, but I can't tell much of a difference.

I think the ketogenic diet has you eat more fats than the others but I could be completely wrong about that. That seems to be the only one that sticks out as really different to me. I'm new to this though, so I'm not aware of what all is out there.
