F - Bombs

Here's a good recipe for the person with a sweet tooth.


1/2 c coconut oil
2-3 tbsp. cocoa powder
2-4 packets sweetener (Stevia, Splenda etc.)
1/2 cup peanut butter
splash of vanilla


Melt coconut oil in pan.  Add peanut butter. Stir in cocoa and sweetener.  Remove from heat and add vanilla.  Pour into ice cube trays and refrigerate or freeze until set. 


These Fat Bombs are good for taking away a craving for sweets.

These were a big hit at our Christmas Eve party and no one mentioned "diet," "keto," or anything of the sort.  Thanks for sharing the recipe Kidless.

I had to click this because the title of "F - Bombs" just makes you want to click (well, that and the fact that it's under desserts). I'm super glad I did because those sound amazing! That's very impressive about your party, JustUs2. You know it's good when no one even notices they're eating a healthy dessert. Thanks for sharing, Kidless!

Oh my! These sound delicious! I am going to have to give these a try. They don't even sound like diet. I'm excited for the new recipe.
