Healthy Halloween Treats

I need to make some snacks and other goodies so I don't start dipping into the Halloween Candy that is calling my name.  Do you have any suggestions for filling, wholesome foods that fit the Halloween theme?   I'm a pretty good cook and baker, I'm just not very creative.

How about stuffing some celery with pimento cheese or peanut butter?  You could also have some sliced oranges and apples in the fridge with some yogurt dip.  Cheese and crackers are a good idea as well as rolled up lunch meat.  Any of these sound appetizing?

Crackers aren't low carb, but the rest sound really yummy and will fit in my diet plan.  I can gussy them up with plastic spiders and such to make them fit the Halloween theme.  It will feel like a treat and help me to continue staying healthy.   Thanks for the tips!
