Filling up.

I find that when on a low carb diet, I always have a hard time getting full, especially at lunch time. After reading this article, I found a lot of great foods that actually fill me up.

I've found that to be the case as well. Some of these dishes look amazing. Some just look so tiny though! All the youngins around me bring Bento box lunches. I don't know how they eat so little!

Awesome article. I am trying to cut carbs too and I have noticed that I'm hungry sooner than I was before. This article had a lot of great tips.

Great looking recipes.  I just spot checked some and they don't all give nutrition facts.  Hubby and I just started on a low carb diet on Monday and are trying to keep our carbs under 30 per day.  It's hard but on the brighter side, I have already dropped 4 pounds.  I can do this!!!!

That's a great article and I particularly love the look of the 'Skinny Omelette'. I have managed to follow a low-carb diet in the past but then, I slowly abandoned this plan. Which is the best way to stay disciplined?
