Fresh Fruit with Whipped Cream!
« on: August 06, 2017, 02:31:43 PM »
This is yummy and a great way to perk up your fresh fruit. :)

!/2 to 3/4 cup of fresh 'berries'.....strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries....Berries are a better 'carb' choice. You can even mix if you want.

Land of Lakes Heavy 'Whipping' Cream.....0 carbs!

Don't know the exact carb count but not very high and a good way to get some fruit in  your day.

Wow, what a great idea for serving fresh fruit. I wouldn't have thought of that as an option. Sometimes frozen berries like blueberries are fun to eat in their frozen form. At least that's how my mom gave it to me during the summertime when I grew up. It's a fun and interesting way to eat fruit, but maybe not as much for on the go!

Yum! I love fresh fruit and whipped cream. I usually use Cool Whip though. Is this a bad choice? I have never really paid attention to carbs before.

Thanks for sharing!  I'm all about indulging my sweet tooth when I can.  Glad to see something that's healthy as well as I'm not much a fruit eater.
