Low Carb Thousand Island Dressing

I like this dressing better then Ranch but if you prefer Ranch, just check the labels as most of it isn't to bad in carbs.


Thousand Island Dressing
1/2 cup Mayo
2 tlb reduced sugar ketchup
2 tlb reduced sugar relish


Mix well....Makes a little over 1/2c.....This is real creamy and you can 'tweak' it a bit if you like other ingredients just check for carb content


approx. 1 carb per 2 tablespoons

That sounds nice and simple Jeanine.  I could even do it.  LOL!  I'm a big fan of Balsamic Vinaigrette and have just come across one that is low in calories.  Red wine vinaigrette is also on the top of my list.  Thanks for the recipe.  Hubby loves Thousand Island and I like it for a change up every now and then.

It does sound good.  What about that Vinagrette?  Is it good as far as carbs go?
